Corporation will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. in New Hope Town Hall, 121

Rockcrest Road, New Hope, Collin County, Texas, in accordance with the following:

1. Call to order and determination of a quorum.

2. Consider and act upon approving minutes from the previous meeting(s).

3. Presentation by bond counsel Robert Dransfield of Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP. Discuss and

take action to approve a Resolution Regarding the First Supplement to Trust Indenture relating

to the Corporation's Senior Living Revenue Bonds (Bridgemoor Piano Project) Senior Series

201 8A, Taxable Senior Series 201 8B, Subordinate Series 201 8C and Junior Subordinate Series

2018D and other matters incidental and related thereto.

4. Receive report on the status of proposed bond issuances.

5. Adjournment.
