Item 2 Public Hearing regarding the Application for Variance filed by Heather Valenta Mosqueda for property located at 320 Oak Creek Drive, New Hope, Texas, in SF-2 zone. The request is to allow the property owner to operate a customary home occupation (dog grooming business) from the existing accessory building.
Item 3 Discuss and take appropriate action on the above Item 2, the Application for Variance for 320 Oak Creek Drive.
