The Town of New Hope’s Planning and Zoning Commission, in its capacity as the Board of Adjustment, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the New Hope Town Hall, 121 Rockcrest Road, New Hope, Texas 75071, in accordance with the following:

Notice: a quorum of the Town Council may be present; however, no action will be taken by the Town Council.

Item 1    Call to order and Roll call.

Item 2    Public Hearing regarding the Application for Variance filed by Heather Valenta Mosqueda for property located at 320 Oak Creek Drive, New Hope, Texas, in SF-2 zone.  The request is to allow the property owner to operate a customary home occupation (dog grooming business) from the existing accessory building.

Item 3      Discuss and take appropriate action on the above Item 2, the Application for Variance for 320 Oak Creek Drive. 

Item 4      Adjournment.
