Municipal Court
The Town of New Hope operates the Municipal Court at Town Hall to adjudicate certain misdemeanors, including ordinance violations, that occur within the corporate limits of the Town. Court is usually conducted on the first Friday of each month, beginning at 9:00 a.m.; however, you may receive written notice of a hearing on another date and time.

Payment of Penalties and Fines
The Municipal Court accepts payment by check payable to the Town of New Hope. Payments can be mailed to the Town of New Hope, 121 Rockcrest Road, New Hope, Texas 75071-4103 or placed in the drop box at Town Hall.
