. 3. Presentation from bond counsel Robert Dransfield of Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP. Discuss and take action to approve Amendment No. 1 to the Resolution authorizing the Issuance of New Hope Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation Senior Living Revenue Bonds (Villas Del Xavier Senior Residences); and other provisions in connection therewith.
4. Presentation from bond counsel Janet Vaughan Robertson of Schulman, Lopez, Hoffer & Adelstein, LLP. Discuss and take action to approve a Resolution authorizing New Hope Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation Education Revenue Bonds (Cumberland Academy) Series 2020A and Taxable Education Revenue Bonds (Cumberland Academy) Series 2020B, a Loan Agreement, a Trust Indenture, a Purchase Contract, Public Hearings, and other matters in connection therewith.
5. Receive report on the status of proposed bond issuances.
