The Town of New Hope’s Board of Adjustment will hold a meeting on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the New Hope Town Hall, 121 Rockcrest Road, New Hope, Texas 75071, in accordance with the following:

Item 2    Public Hearing regarding the Application for Variance filed by Andrew Reitinger for property located at 241 Priscilla Circle, New Hope, Texas, in SF-2 zone. The request is to allow a detached garage without the required setback minimum of 20 feet from the nearest lot line.

Item 3      Discuss and take appropriate action on the above Item 2, the Application for Variance for 241 Priscilla Circle.
