NOTICE OF DRAWING FOR PLACES ON THE BALLOT

FOR THE GENERAL ELECTION

TO BE HELD BY THE TOWN OF NEW HOPE

ON MAY 4, 2019

Pursuant to Section 52.094(c) of the Texas Election Code, notice is hereby given of a drawing to determine the order in which the names of candidates are to be printed on the ballot for the General Election to be held on Saturday, May 4, 2019 by the Town of New Hope (the "Town").

The drawing will be held on Wednesday, February 20, 2019, at the Town Hall located at 121 Rockcrest Road, New Hope, Texas 75071, at 6:50 P.M.

A candidate may designate a person to represent him or her at the drawing.

This notice was duly posted on the Town's website and posted at Town Hall on this 15th day of February, 2019, at 5:00 P.M.

De acuerdo con el Artículo 52.094(c) del Código de la Elección de Texas, dan por este medio el aviso de un dibujo para determinar el pedido en el cual los nombres de candidatos deben ser impresos en la votación para las Elecciones generales para ser creídas el sábado, 4 de mayo de 2019 por Town of New Hope (el "Pueblo").

El dibujo será sostenido a las 18:50, el miercoles, 20 de febrero de 2019, en el ayuntamiento localizada en 121 Rockcrest Road, New Hope, Texas 75071.

Un candidato puede designar a una persona para que lo represente.

Este aviso fue debidamente publicado en del sitio web del Pueblo y publicada en el ayuntamiento en ese día de15th de febrero de 2019, en 5:00P.M.
