A special meeting of the Town of New Hope Events Planning and Coordination Committee (EPCC) will be held on Tuesday May 23, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the New Hope Town Hall, 121 Rockcrest Road, New Hope, Collin County, TX 75071, in accordance with the following:

Item 1.       Call to order and Roll call.

                  Public Comments.        A person may address theEPCC  on items not on the printed agenda. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per speaker with 45 minutes total time for Public Comments.  The EPCC may not comment or deliberate regarding such statements or comment during this period. Any discussion of the subject must be limited to a proposal to place the subject on the agenda for a future meeting.

Item 2.      Discuss and take action on elements of the event, New Hope National Night Out 2018.

Item 3.      Discuss and take action on summer event, Popsicles in the Park.

Item 4.      Set or confirm date(s) for next EPCC meeting.

Item 5.      Adjournment.
