A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the New Hope Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation will be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. in New Hope Town Hall, 121 Rockcrest Road, New Hope, Collin County, Texas, in accordance with the Following:

1. Call to order and determination of a quorum.

2. Consider and act upon approving minutes from the previous meeting(s).

3. Discuss and act on approving the Resolution authorizing the Issuance of New Hope Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation Senior Living Revenue Bonds (Bridgemoor Plano Project) Senior Series 2018A, Taxable Senior Series 2018B, Subordinate Series 2018C and Junior Subordinate Series 2018D, a Trust Indenture, a Loan Agreement, a Bond Purchase Agreement, a Regulatory Agreement, a Preliminary Official Statement and a Final Official Statement; authorizing the execution of documents and instruments necessary or convenient to carry out the issuance of the bonds; and other provisions in connection therewith.
