Item 3. Discuss and take action on Specific Use Permit filed by Patrice Wheeler to allow the property located at 330 Wood Ridge Drive, New Hope, Texas, zoned as SF4, to be used as a meeting place for small groups and individuals.

Item 5. Discuss and take action appointing Town Code Enforcement Official or Officer.
Item 6. Discuss and take appropriate action adopting Ordinance No. 2017-005, accepting, approving, and adopting the Certified Appraisal Tax Roll for Town's FY 2017-2018, as prepared by the Collin County Tax Assessor.
Item 7. Report on steps taken since last meeting; discuss and take any action necessary regarding request to Grayson-Collin Electric Cooperative for rural broadband high-speed Internet service in the Town of New Hope.
Item 8. Report from Kimberly Barrow EPC Committee on National Night Out.
Item 9. Discuss and take action on hiring housekeeping services for Town Hall.
Item 10. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding request to TxDOT to conduct a traffic study for options to reduce hazardous or speeding vehicles driving on roads within the Town or other related dangerous concerns.
Item 11. Discussion item only; Attorney Huynh will present the verification required from businesses who contract with the Town (governmental entities) according to Texas Government Code Chapters 2252 and 2270, effective September 1, 2017.
