UPDATE: On October 1, 2020, Gov. Abbott issued an order allowing just one mail-in-ballot drop-off location per Texas county. The Collin County Elections Administration office advises that location is Collin County Elections 2010 Redbud Boulevard, Suite 102--McKinney
