Call to order and Roll call.
Persons wishing to address the Planning & Zoninng Commission are requested to complete the Public Comment form and submit it to the Town Secretary, preferably prior to the start of the meeting.
General Comments : A person may address the Commission on subjects not listed on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three (3) minutes each, which can- not be given to other speakers. The General Comment session is limited to a total of 45 minutes. The Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Council from de- liberating on any item not on the agenda. Any discussion of the subject must be limited to a statement of fact, a statement of policy, or a proposal to place the subject on the agenda for a future meeting. Note: Workshops will NOT include a General Comment session.
Public Testimony: A person wishing to address the Commission on listed agenda items will be called upon by the presiding officer. Speakers are limited to three (3) minutes each, which cannot be given to other speakers. Public comment for each listed agenda item is limited to 15 minutes total time. The Commission reserves the right to table any item and/or call a Special Meeting to address items to pro- vide enough time for public comment.
Item 2. Discuss and take appropriate action of recommendation for the creation of and town ordinance defining performance standards as required in the Comprehensive zoning ordinance (CZO)
Item 3. Discuss and take action on updating the zoning map for the town of New Hope
