· To help this ZOOM meeting run smoothly I have a few best practices I would like to mention.
· Please be advised that THIS ZOOM MEETING IS BEING RECORDED.
· Please speak SLOWLY and CLEARLY
· If anyone including Town Officials would like to speak, please raise your hand so the hosts or presiding officer can see you.
· DO NOT talk over each other as we will not be able to hear either person.
· Please note that only microphones of the commissioners and town secretary will be active during the meeting and everyone else will be muted by the host until recognized to speak.
· Any public attendees wishing to comment during the meeting – Raise your hand, get recognized, state your full name and address before making your comments.
· Ensure all TVs, children or dogs are turned off during the meeting.
