Best Practices for Zoom Meetings

· To help this ZOOM meeting run smoothly I have a few best practices I would like to mention.

· Some are attending this meeting at Town Hall while others are joining remotely via Zoom.

· Please be advised that THIS ZOOM MEETING IS BEING RECORDED.

· Officials and Public attending at Town Hall are sharing one audio microphone; please speak up when talking.

· Please speak SLOWLY and CLEARLY

· If anyone including Town Officials would like to speak, please raise your hand so the hosts or presiding officer can see you.

· DO NOT talk over each other as we will not be able to hear either person.

· Please note that only microphones of the town council, town secretary and town attorney will be active during the meeting and everyone else will be muted by the host until recognized to speak.

· Any public attendees wishing to comment during the meeting – Raise your hand, get recognized, state your full name and address before making your comments.

· Ensure all TVs, children or dogs are turned off during the meeting.
