A Special Meeting and Workshop of the Town of New Hope Board of Aldermen/Town Council will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the New Hope Town Hall, 121 Rockcrest Road, New Hope, Collin County, TX 75071, in accordance with the following:

Item 1. Call to order and Roll call for determination of a quorum.
Public Comments. A person may address the Council on items not on the printed agenda. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per speaker with 45 minutes total time for Public Comments. The Town Council may not comment or deliberate regarding such statements or comment during this period. Any discussion of the subject must be limited to a proposal to place the subject on the agenda for a future meeting.
Item 2. Receive submitted road and maintenance bids. Discuss and take action to award the road and maintenance bids for the Town’s FY 2019-2020.
Item 3. Set or confirm dates for (a) public hearing for the proposed Annual Budget for FY 2019-2020 on August 27, 2019; (b) public hearing for the proposed tax rate; and (c) 2nd public hearing for proposed tax rate, if required or necessary.
Item 4. Adjourn the Special Meeting and convene the Workshop.
Item 5. Discuss possible items for the Mayor’s proposed Budget for FY 2019-2020.
Item 6. Discuss possible procedures to propose for Town Meetings and Agenda.
Item 7. Discuss possible guidelines and procedures for the Media and Communications Committee.
Item 8. Discuss possible procedures for Town Park reservations.
Item 9. Adjournment of the Workshop.
