A regular meeting for the Town of New Hope Planning and Zoning Commission will be held on Thursday, August 15, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the New Hope Town Hall, 121 Rockcrest Road, New Hope, Collin County, TX 75071, in accordance with the following:

Item 1 Call to order and Roll call.
Public Comments:
A person may address the Commission on items not on the printed agenda. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per speaker with 45 minutes total time for all speakers. The Commission may not comment or deliberate regarding such statements or comment during this period. Any discussion of the subject must be limited to a proposal to place the subject on the agenda for a future meeting.

Minutes of previous meeting.
Set dates for forthcoming meetings in Aug/Sept 2019 including workshops.
Item 3 Swear-in P&Z members (those present)
Item 4 P&Z Chair nomination (requires all members present)
Item 5 Review of inputs received for draft CZO
Items (6-11) as time permits; considering tabling to future meetings
Item 6 Review of tentative CZO implementation schedule/plan
Item 7 Continue review of the existing Signage Ordinance and draft proposed changes as appropriate
Item 8 Discussion on yet to be developed Performance Ordinance
Item 9 Building permit fees discussion; change in Texas law
Item 10 Consider using P&Z as “Think Tank” for any ordinance
Item 11 Quorum policy discussion (include any other P&Z rules)
