A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the New Hope Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation will be held on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. in New Hope Town Hall, 121 Rockcrest Road, New Hope, Collin County, Texas, in accordance with the following:

1. Call to order and determination of a quorum.

2. Consider and act upon approving minutes from the previous meeting(s).

3. Discuss and act upon approving a Resolution authorizing a Loan Agreement among New Hope Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation, Bank of America, N.A. and CHF - Collegiate Housing Prairie View IX, L.L.C.; public hearings; and other matters in connection therewith.

4. Discuss and act upon approving a Resolution authorizing a Loan Agreement among New Hope Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation, STI Institutional and Government, Inc. and Methodist Retirement Communities; public hearings; and other matters in connection therewith.

5. Discuss and act upon approving a Resolution authorizing New Hope Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation Education Revenue Bonds (Compass Academy Charter School, Inc.) Series 201 9A and Taxable Education Revenue Bonds (Compass Academy Charter School, Inc.) Series 201 9B, a Loan Agreement, a Trust Indenture, a Purchase Contract, public hearings, and other matters in connection therewith.

6. Receive report on the status of proposed bond issuances.

7. Adjournment.
