A regular meeting of the Town of New Hope Planning and Zoning Commission will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at 7;00 p.m. in the New Hope Town Hall, 121 Rockcrest Road, New Hope, Collin County, TX 75071, in accordance with the following:

Item 1    Call to order and Roll call.

Public Comments:

A person may address the Commission on items not on the printed agenda. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per speaker with 45 minutes total time for all speakers. The Council may not comment or deliberate regarding such statements or comment during this period. Any discussion of the subject must be limited to a proposal to place the subject on the agenda for a future meeting.

Item 2    Consent items: 

Minutes of previous meeting(s), if any.

Validate date for next meeting in February 2019, and plan workshops (if any).

Item 3 Review and incorporate any changes to the CZO resulting from the workshop on January 8. 2019.

Item 4 Vote regarding the readiness of the revised CZO and revised Zoning Map to legal for review.

Item 5 (Time permitting) Review and edit the Ne Hope Signage Ordinance.

Item 6 (Time permitting) Begin work on drafting a separate Performance Ordinance.
