A regular monthly meeting of the Town of New Hope Board of Aldermen/Town Council will be held on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. in the New Hope Town Hall, 121 Rockcrest Road, New Hope, Collin County, TX 75071, in accordance with the following:

Item 1. Call to order and Roll call.
Public Comments. A person may address the Council on items not on the printed agenda. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per speaker with 45 minutes total time for Public Comments. The Town Council may not comment or deliberate regarding such statements or comment during this period. Any discussion of the subject must be limited to a proposal to place the subject on the agenda for a future meeting.

Item 3. Discuss and take action to approve the Resolution relating to approving financing by the New Hope Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation for Education Revenue Bonds (Beta Academy) Series 2018A and Taxable Education Revenue Bonds (Beta Academy) Series 2018B and related matters.
Item 4. Report from Road Commissioner Terry Sanner.
Item 5. Report from Code Enforcement Officer Bob Matthews.
Item 6. Report from Park Commissioner Ald. Omar Nunez.
Item 7. Discuss and take action regarding drafting a letter to Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) about the Town’s position on the North Texas Municipal Water District plans for water treatment plant.
Item 8. Report from Ald. Kimberly Barrow about National Night Out (NNO) event.
Item 9. Report from Ald. Kelly Hughes about Internet survey.
Item 10. Discuss and take action on membership with Texas Municipal League (TML) and/or Texas Local Government Center (TLGC).
Item 11. Discuss and take action on renewing the Interlocal Agreement for Animal Control and Animal Shelter Services (Contract Amendment No. 12) with Collin County or contracting for animal control services with All American Dogs.
Item 12. Discuss and appoint a liaison for the Town’s Media and Communication Committee (MCC).
Item 13. Discuss the additional crematory chambers being added at The Pet Loss Center, 511 New Hope Road West.
Item 14. Discuss and take action on amended fee chart for building permits.
Item 15. Discuss and take action to use P&Z FY 2017-2018 budget funds to purchase flat screen TV, wall mounting hardware, and appropriate interface for Town use, including but not limited to meetings, workshops, and presentations.
Item 16. Items for future discussion.
Item 17. Set or confirm date(s) for next meetings or workshops, including regular monthly Town Council
meeting on October 30, 2018.
