Item 1        Call to order and Roll call.

Public Comments:

A person may address the Commission on items not on the printed agenda. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per speaker with 45 minutes total time for all speakers. The Council may not comment or deliberate regarding such statements or comment during this period. Any discussion of the subject must be limited to a proposal to place the subject on the agenda for a future meeting.

Item 2        Consent items: 

• Review and accept minutes from previous meeting.
• Set/validate date for the next meeting

Item 3         Explain the CZO requirements for Variances, Specific Use Permits and Home Occupations for Ramona Barlow and/or Sharee Anglin, re: 120 Tarvin Rd.

Item 4    Review the SUP, CUP and HO forms.

Item 5    Discuss and address input from the Council with respect to the draft revision of the CZO

Item 6    Discuss any ramifications to the draft revision of the CZO with respect to the revised map as provided from Collin County showing additional property south of the existing MHD district on Tarvin, and with respect to a possible ETJ east of New Hope.

Item 7    Discuss and validate understanding of the CZO implementation process, as presented by the Town Attorney.
