A regular monthly meeting of the Town of New Hope Board of Aldermen/Town Council will be held on Tuesday April 24, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. in the New Hope Town Hall, 121 Rockcrest Road, New Hope, Collin County, TX 75071, in accordance with the following:

Item 1. Call to order and Roll call.
Public Comments. A person may address the Council on items not on the printed agenda. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per speaker with 45 minutes total time for Public Comments. The Town Council may not comment or deliberate regarding such statements or comment during this period. Any discussion of the subject must be limited to a proposal to place the subject on the agenda for a future meeting.

Item 5. Report from Park Commissioner Omar Nunez and discussion on reimbursement for Park expenses.
Item 6. Report from P&Z Chairman Luke Martincevic and update from Attorney Maria Huynh on procedure for possible adoption of proposed revisions for the Town's Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance (CZO). Discuss related items, including tentative timeline for possible adoption of the proposed revisions to the CZO and public hearing(s), and take any appropriate action, if necessary.
Item 7. Discuss and take action on Resolution No. 2018-003-R, amending the Town's adopted budget for FY 2017-2018.
Item 8. Update from P&Z member Andy Reitinger and discussion on possible solutions for recycling in the Town.
Item 9. Update from Mayor Jess Herbst and take appropriate action on New Hope and McKinney ETJ boundaries issues.
Item 10. Update on National Night Out by EPCC Chair Kimberly Barrow.
Item 11. Update on questions sent to TXDOT concerning recently completed Traffic Study by Alderman Carol King.
Item 12. Update regarding Internet access for New Hope citizens by Alderman Kelly Hughes.
Item 13. Update from Mayor Herbst and take action regarding quote on stone markers for Pat Fowler Park.
Item 14. Discuss and take action on starting a Town newsletter and appointing an editor.
Item 15. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding adoption of the revised SUP application form.
Item 16. Discuss proposal of a burn ordinance for the Town.

Item 18. Set or confirm dates for special Town Council meeting to canvass the May 5, 2018 Election results and regular monthly Town Council meeting on May 29, 2018.
