A regular monthly meeting of the Town of New Hope Board of Aldermen/Town Council will be held on Tuesday February 27, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. in the New Hope Town Hall, 121 Rockcrest Road, New Hope, Collin County, TX 75071, in accordance with the following:

Item 1. Call to order and Roll call.
Public Comments. A person may address the Council on items not on the printed agenda. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per speaker with 45 minutes total time for Public Comments. The Town Council may not comment or deliberate regarding such statements or comment during this period. Any discussion of the subject must be limited to a proposal to place the subject on the agenda for a future meeting.

Item 6. Discuss and take appropriate action on appointment of an Alderman to be Mayor Pro-Tem and Treasurer.
Item 7. Discuss and take appropriate action on New Hope and McKinney ETJ boundaries issues.
Item 8. Discuss and take appropriate action on designing and purchasing markers for Pat Fowler Park.
Item 9. Discuss and take action on installing speed limit signs for roads within the Town.
Item 10. Discuss and take action on appointing person or company to maintain the Town's official website.
Item 11. Discuss and take action regarding Internet access for New Hope citizens.
Item 12. Discuss and take action regarding posting Town Hall's address, phone numbers, and Town's website address at Town Hall.
Item 13. Update on May 5, 2018 election. Discuss and take action on Ordinance No. 2018-002, amending Sections 4 and 6 of the Town's Ordinance No. 2018-001; and providing for conflicts, severability, and an effective date.
Item 14. Items for future discussion.
Item 15. Set or confirm date(s) for next Town Council meeting on March 27, 2018.
