Item 5. Public hearing to consider adopting proposed tax rate for tax year 2017-2018. Discuss and take appropriate action, including possible approval of Ordinance 2017-004, an Ordinance of the Town of New Hope, Collin County, Texas adopting, fixing, and levying a Tax of $0.1960 per $100.00 of Valuation of Taxable Property in the Town for the Tax Year 2017-2018.

Item 7. Recess into Executive Session, pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and.072, consultation with Town Attorney and deliberation regarding real property.
