Item 3.       Report from Road Commissioner Terry Sanner.  Discuss and take any appropriate action.

Item 4.    Report from Park Commissioner Omar Nuñez.  Discuss and take action on specific suggestions and cost estimates concerning Park maintenance

Item 5.    Discuss and take action on Resolution No. 2017-007-R, a Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of New Hope, Texas, authorizing the issuance of the New Hope Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation Student Housing Revenue Bonds and the Project to be Acquired with the Proceeds of such bonds.

Item 6.    Presentation of the proposed budget by Mayor Herbst.  Discuss and take appropriate action; set date for workshop.

Item 7.    Discuss and take appropriate action to set a specific distance that trees must be trimmed back from the road.      

Item 8.    Discuss and take action to approve final updated and corrected P&Z forms.

Item 9.       Discuss and take action on building permits fees.    

Item 10.      Discuss and take action on liability concerns at the Park.

Item 11.     Discuss and take action on enforcement of junk vehicles.

Item 12.    Discuss and take appropriate action to pay tribute to Carl Mullins and J.W. Davis for their contributions to the founding of New Hope.

Item 13.    Discuss and take action on Resolution No. 2017-008-R, as Resolution of the Town of New Hope, Collin County, Texas, naming the Town Park to Pat Fowler Park; and providing for an effective date.

Item 14.    Discuss and take action on Resolution No. 2017-009-R, a Resolution of the Town of New Hope, Collin County, Texas, naming Town Hall to Johnny Hamm Municipal Building; and providing for an effective date.
