A regular monthly meeting of the Town of New Hope Board of Aldermen/Town Council will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. in the New Hope Town Hall, 121 Rockcrest Rd., in accordance with the following:

Item 1. Call to order and Roll call.
Public Comments.
A person may address the Council on items not on the printed agenda. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per speaker with 45 minutes total time for all speakers. The Council may not comment or deliberate regarding such statements or comment during this period. Any discussion of the subject must be limited to a proposal to place the subject on the agenda for a future meeting.
Item 2. Consent items:
- Minutes of previous meetings(s).

Item 3. Commissioner’s Court Mobility Plan Presentation.
Item 4. Consider and take appropriate action on report from Jeff Herbst, Road Commissioner.
Item 5. Executive Session with the Town Attorney pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 relating to current code enforcement cases.
Item 6. Discussion and appropriate action concerning the appointment of a code enforcement officer.
Item 7. Discussion and appropriate action concerning noise abatement regulations.
Item 8. Discussion and take appropriate action appointing a Mayor for a two-year term ending on the date of the general election in May of 2018.
Item 9. Consider and take appropriate action appointing one or more persons to serve as directors of the New Hope Cultural Educational Facilities Finance Corporation.
Item 10. Consider and take appropriate action relating to bank signatories for the Town.
Item 11. Consideration of a Resolution of The Town Council Of The Town of New Hope, Texas, Authorizing the issuance of the New Hope Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation Student Housing Revenue Bonds and the project to be acquired with the proceeds of such bonds (Texas A&M Universityat Corpus Christi).
Item 12. Consideration of a Resolution of the Town Council of the Town Of New Hope, Texas, authorizing the issuance of the New Hope Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation Student Housing Revenue Bonds and the project to be acquired with the proceeds of such bonds (Texas A&M University at San Antonio).
Item 13. Discuss possible alternative dates for July 2016 Town Council meeting.
Item 14. Announce tentative meeting date for Town Council meeting for June 28, 2016.
THE COUNCIL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ENTER INTO AN EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO SUBCHAPTER D OF CHAPTER 551 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE.
